Account & Rewards Terms
One introductory discount is permitted per service address. Rewards are earned only from completed, fully paid qualifying services. Rewards cannot be combined unless approved in writing. The 20% reward is limited to $100; free concrete cleaning is limited to 500 square feet; free solar-panel cleaning is limited to 20 panels. Rewards may be denied for misuse, chargebacks, unpaid balances, duplicate accounts, or unsafe/inaccessible work conditions.
Recurring service agreements are not prepaid memberships. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, payment is due after each completed service. Appointment dates and times are requests until confirmed by Squirt's Pro Services. Weather, access, safety, and operational needs may require rescheduling.

Customers may share their unique referral code or link. A referral counts only after the referred customer creates a new account using that code and completes a first paid service totaling at least $200. Every three qualifying referrals unlocks one free standard concrete cleaning up to 500 square feet or one free standard solar-panel cleaning up to 20 panels. Referral cycles are unlimited, but rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other discounts, transferred, or applied to commercial or unusually difficult work without written approval. Squirt's Pro Services may reject duplicate, self, fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, or unpaid referrals.
